Germe de blé:

Umumero w‘ingano ukwiranye n’umurwayi ni 100g n’ukuvuga ibiyiko
hagati ya 4-5 ni ituyiko duto 10 ni byo bishobora kugeza umuntu ku rugero rwiza rwa Vit
B1,
folates nziza na Vit E,
 fosiforo na manganeze.

 Ibyagizwe akamenyero ni ibiyiko 2-4
mu byo kurya bya mu gitondo.
Umumero urakenewe:

a) Ku bantu bafite ikibazo cy’imvururu z’imitsi yumva bakeneye vitamines zo mu bwoko
bwa B, ibiranga ko bazibuze ni ibi:
Umunaniro wo mu bwenge no mu mubiri;
Ubwihebe no gucogora;
Guhangayika n’umutima uhagaze;
Kuribwa n’imitsi yumva n’ibinya.


b) Umumero w’ingano urakenewe ku bagabo n’abagore bafite ubugumba bukomoka kuri
gonade, kuko Vit E ituma intanga-ngabo ziboneka, n’imbuto ziboneka mu mirerantanga
ya bagore.

c) Umumero w’ingano urakenewe ku bantu bafite amavuta menshi mu maraso.
Ukoresheje grama 20-30 ku munsi, mu mezi ane urugimbu ruba rumaze gushira mu
maraso.

d) Umumero urakenewe kuri kanseri, no ku ndwara zigabanya imitsi ijyana amaraso mu
mutima, ibyo bibuza kwiyongera kw’imihore y’umutima n’ahandi hose, ikarinda ingingo
gusaza ubusabusa no kugabanuka kw’imitsi yumva.

Dr Schneider yavuze ko P. Stepp yasobanuye ko kurya ibiyiko 4-5 by'umumero w'ingano
buri munsi bigabanya isukari mu maraso y'abarwayi ba diabète. Vit B1 na E ni byo
byihuza bikarwanya iyo sukari. Izo ngano zirakenewe ku bantu bakora imyitozo, ku
banyeshuri bari mu gihe kibasaba gukoresha ubuhanga, ku bagore batwite n’abonsa.

Ikindi gikenewe ni zinc ni yo ikuza kandi igakoresha imyanya ishinzwe kororoka. Iyo
umuntu abuze zinc abura igikuriro, inkovu ntizikira neza, ubugabo buba buto (testicules)

bagafatanya ibyiza n’ibibi, bakajya irya nino.
Icyakora mujye musobanukirwa ko ibyo Imana ishaka bituye hirya y’ibigeragezo,
 ubigeraho ubanje kuruha. Kandi ibikenewe bisohozwa n’impagarike ifite ibyangombwa byuzuye. Soma Yakobo 3:17-18.

Ababyeyi n’abigisha bagomba kumenya ko hariho igihe cyo kurera,
nicyo guhugura,
n’igihe cyo gutoza,
kandi kugirango babashe kubigeraho basabwa kubanza kumenya inzira umwana akwiriye kunyuramo.
Ibyo birenze ubumenyi bwo mu bitabo. Ahubwo hakenewe ibintu byiza byose,
kwera mu ngeso, kugira urukundo rwa kivandimwe,

igisumb’ibindi n’ugukunda Imana kugirango ugere ku mugambi w’uburezi bwiza,
