INZIRA 3 ZIGANA KU MAHORO NYAKURI



Inzira eshatu zigana ku mahoro nyakuri


Mu mibereho y’umuntu, hari inzira eshatu yanyuriramo kugira ngo ashyikire amahoro nyakuri :

  1. Kumvira Imana : bihesha umuntu umutekano mu mutimanama

  1. Kubana neza n’abandi : bitera ihumure mu bwenge
  2. Ubuzima bwiza : butera amahoro n’ubwumvikane mu mikoranire y’ingingo
Uyu ni na wo mugambi nyakuri w’iyobokamana. Iyo kimwe muri ibi gihungabanye, umuntu afatwa n’indwara : Kutumvira Imana bitera indwara ; kubera abandi nabi bitera indwara ; kutubahiriza amategeko agenga impagarike, na byo bitera indwara.
Muri rusange, hariho ibyishimo by’uburyo bubiri : Kwinezeza (plaisir : bonheur du corps) n’ibyishimo cyangwa umunezero w’umutima (joie : bonheur de l’âme).
Bibiliya na byo igira icyo ibivugaho : “Ukundwa, ndagusabira kugira ngo ugubwe neza muri byose, ube mutaraga nk’uko umutima wawe uguwe neza… ntukigane ikibi ahubwo wigane icyiza. Ukora ibyiza ni we w’Imana, naho ukora ibibi ntiyari yabona Imana.” (3 Yohana 1:2, 11).
“Umutima unezerewe ni umuti mwiza, ariko umutima ubabaye umutera konda.” (Imigani 17:22). “Nzaguhindura ubwoko bukomeye, nzaguha umugisha, nzogeza izina ryawe, uzabe umugisha.” (Itangiriro 12:2).
Bitewe n’uko umuntu atakunze kugendera muri ibi byavuzwe hejuru, ikiremwa muntu kuri ubu cyibasiwe n’indwara nyinshi ziremereye mwene muntu.

Uburyo bwo kuzivura

  • Igitunguru cya onyo + indium + ubuki + amavuta ya elayo, bivanzwe bikaribwa ari bibisi, kane mu cyumweru, mu byokurya bya saa sita.
  • Kwiririrwa imbuto (fruits) : ibinyomoro, pomme, imyembe. Kabiri ku munsi, iminsi ibiri mu cyumweru, saa moya na saa kumi.
  • Gukora umutobe (jus) w’igisura na kapusine, ukanywa amatasi abiri ku munsi, iminsi itatu mu cyumweru.
Imvange y’ibi bikurikira : time na romarin, bitekanywe, ukayungurura, ibirahuri bitatu byabyo, ukavangamo ibiyiko bine (4) by’ifu y’ingano nziza, ibiyiko bine by’ifu y’uburo, bine by’ifu y’amasaka, bikamarana amasaha 12. Ibyo birahuri bitatu ukabinywa mu buryo bukurikira : kimwe mu gitondo, kimwe saa sita, kimwe n’imugoroba, ukavangamo ubuki ugiye kunywa. Kubikora iminsi itatu mu cyumweru.
